Dr. John Freebody
Following undergraduate studies in organic and biological chemistry, Dr John Freebody obtained a full academic scholarship to study medicine at the University of Sydney. He undertook radiology training in Sydney and Adelaide, and obtained his Master of Public Health concurrent with Fellowship training. In addition to his role at Light Radiology, John is a staff specialist at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, where he has ongoing teaching and research interests.
His primary areas of subspecialty interest are neuroradiology, head and neck imaging, body imaging and he is proficient in a variety of general interventions.
Outside of work John’s interests include Western philosophy and classical mythology, and a proud father to his son, Orson.
